Your experience begins before you enter the studio. A little preparation helps create a calm, comfortable and professional environment for your session.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
For your comfort and for the quality of the session, please:
- Shower before your appointment.
- Avoid arriving immediately after a heavy meal.
- Avoid excessive alcohol before your appointment.
- Arrive on time.
- Allow yourself a few quiet minutes before your session.
- Communicate any relevant physical concerns before beginning.
- Bring an open mind and a willingness to slow down.
WHAT TO EXPECT
When you arrive, Resha will personally welcome you.
Before beginning, you will have an opportunity to discuss the selected bodywork session, your preferences and any boundaries that should be respected.
The session then begins at a comfortable pace.
You remain free to communicate throughout the experience.

THE RESHA'Z STANDARD
Resha'z is a private professional bodywork practice.
All experiences are based on:

- Personal boundaries
Every client must be at least 18 years old.
No form of coercion, harassment, intimidation or inappropriate behaviour is accepted.
Any behaviour that violates the agreed professional boundaries may result in immediate termination of the session.
Resha reserves the right to decline an appointment or discontinue a session at any time.
CONSENT
Consent is fundamental to every Resha'z experience.
A client may communicate discomfort or request a change at any time.
Likewise, Resha may establish, modify or stop any element of a session whenever necessary.
Respect is non-negotiable.
LOCATION
PRIVATE RESHA'Z PREMISES
All Resha'z experiences take place exclusively at the Resha'z premises in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
There are:
- No hotel visits.
- No home visits.
- No outcall services.
Appointments are private and strictly by prior arrangement.
Exact appointment details and location information are provided directly during the booking process.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Resha'z does not require upfront payment.
There is no online prepayment and no advance payment requirement.
Payment is made in cash at the end of the completed professional bodywork session.

Appointments are confirmed personally by Resha.
There is no upfront payment.
Payment is made in cash at the end of the completed session.
BOOK NOWBOOKING POLICY
Appointments are reserved specifically for the individual client.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late arrival may reduce the available session time.
The full agreed fee may remain applicable where a significant delay prevents the reserved session from being completed.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows or inappropriate booking behaviour may result in future appointments being declined.
Resha'z reserves the right to decline or discontinue an appointment where professional standards or agreed boundaries are not respected.
