TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please review these terms before making an enquiry or booking an appointment.
By making an enquiry or booking an appointment with Resha'z, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Resha'z is a private professional bodywork practice operated personally by Resha.
All services are provided by appointment only.
All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
All services are provided exclusively at the Resha'z premises in Colombo.
No hotel, home or outcall appointments are provided.
Payment is made in cash at the end of the session.
No advance payment or online prepayment is required.
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed personally by Resha.
An enquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed appointment.
Clients are expected to arrive on time.
Late arrival may reduce the available treatment time.
Clients are requested to provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
Clients must behave respectfully throughout the appointment.
Harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour, unwanted conduct or attempts to disregard agreed boundaries will not be tolerated.
Resha may immediately terminate a session where professional boundaries are breached.
All sessions are conducted according to mutual communication and consent.
Either party may stop or modify an element of the experience.
Clients should disclose relevant physical conditions, injuries, allergies or other circumstances that may affect their ability to safely receive bodywork.
Resha'z services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Clients with significant medical concerns should seek appropriate medical advice before receiving massage or bodywork.
Resha'z reserves the right to change services, prices, availability or website information without prior notice.
The terms communicated and agreed at the time of booking will apply to that appointment.
